Eric Grover is the best Real Estate Agent I have ever worked with, and I have bought and sold quite a few pieces of property in my life time.
I do have a difficult personal situation, and Eric was not only compassionate, but he did Keep it Real at the same time. He made sure that I received the best offer, and always looked out for my best interest. He was also patient when I had questions about the Offer Contract and Counter Offer. Eric returned emails and phone calls in a timely manner, and I never felt Rushed when working with him on any issue. I would be happy to let any perspective clients you might have know how professional Eric is. I'm not sure this is appropriate for this review but I also want to say that Martha Grover was very east to work with as well. I know that there are many pieces to the Real Estate Puzzle, and she made it fairly easy. Because I owned the properties I was selling for 20+ years, I had to do some digging for documents. She told me exactly what she needed, and I found it because of her careful inquiries that were very specific. Thank You for asking!

Chris was very good at explaining any question I had.
